Ein Beispiel:

Du kommst mit Panikattacken. Wir schauen nicht nur, warum du sie hast (Verstehen). Wir üben konkret, wie dein Körper aus dem Alarmmodus rauskommt (Regulieren). Und du lernst, das im Alltag anzuwenden, z.B. beim Autofahren, vor Meetings, nachts (Integrieren).

My Background

 

My professional foundation is psychology with a focus on neuroscience.
It is complemented by practical experience in psychosocial counseling, neurorehabilitation, as well as body- and mindfulness-based approaches such as yoga and meditation and breathwork.

 

This integration allows me to understand psychological processes both conceptually and in an embodied way, and to support people with nuance and depth.

Parallel dazu beschäftige ich mich seit über zehn Jahren intensiv praktisch mit dem Körper und Bewegung in Form von Calisthenics, später vertieft durch Yoga, Atemarbeit und Meditation. Diese Verbindung von wissenschaftlicher Analyse und eigener verkörperter Erfahrung prägt meine heutige Arbeitsweise wesentlich.

Diese Erkenntnis ermöglicht mir heute, psychische Prozesse nicht nur zu sichtbar, sondern im gemeinsamen Arbeiten so zugänglich zu machen, dass sie im Alltag tatsächlich veränderbar werden.
