Ich begleite dich dabei, dich und deine inneren Muster besser zu verstehen, deine Herausforderungen zu bewältigen und spürbare Schritte hin zu einem stimmigeren und erfüllteren Leben zu gehen. Ich arbeite dabei mit modernen psychologischen Methoden, einem neuro-informierten Blick und tiefem Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel zwischen Körper und Geist.
Was meine Arbeit einzigartig macht: Ich schlage die Brücke zwischen den neurobiologischen Mechanismen, die unserem Erleben und Verhalten zugrunde liegen und den psychischen Prozessen, die bei dir eine wichtige Rolle spielen, mit einem ganzheitlichen Blick auf deine Gedanken, Wahrnehmung, Gefühle, Verhalten, körperlichen Prozesse und deinem Nervensystem als Zentrale, die mit alldem in Verbindung steht.

My online psychological counseling serves to reflect on, guide and support personal issues, challenges and development processes.
Please note that this is not psychotherapy as defined by the Psychotherapist Act (PsychThG).
I do not make diagnoses or provide medical-therapeutic treatment for mental illnesses .
Online counselling therefore does not replace medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment , but can complement it effectively, especially to promote self-reflection, stress regulation, self-efficacy and personal development.
