My areas of expertise

Psychological strain can show up in many different ways –
in thinking, in emotions, in behavior, and often in the body as well.

Some people experience persistent exhaustion or a sense of inner emptiness.
Others feel ongoing restlessness, racing thoughts, or an inability to truly settle.
Still others function well on the outside while something inside has fallen out of balance.

Often, these experiences are not driven by a single symptom, but by a more complex interplay:
a nervous system under constant tension,
inner patterns that repeatedly reinforce themselves,
or an inner compass that has lost its sense of clarity.

In my work, I integrate psychological expertise, neurobiologically informed models, and body-oriented approaches to make these connections understandable and open to change in ways that are tangible in everyday life.

I most often work with people who recognize themselves in one or more of the following areas.
